Product Description:

The Target of Evaluation (TOE) is Juniper Networks, Inc. MX10004 and MX10008 Universal Routing Platforms executing the Junos OS 23.4R1 software.

The TOE are instances of the Juniper Networks portfolio of the software-defined networking (SDN)-enabled routing platforms.

The primary function of the TOE is the secure interconnection of two networks and to regulate the traffic between them. Two or more instances of TOE may be interconnected, and each interconnection may be secured at link layer by MACsec protocol.

The MX10004 and MX10008 are SDN-enabled and deliver up to 76.8 Tbps of system capacity in 4 or 8 slot chassis supporting dense 100 GbE and 400 GbE interfaces.

The TOE are composed of the chassis, the line cards and the Junos OS Operating System. In concert, they implement the routing and management plane functions for a complete network appliance.
